Hi, why i can not add transit card Suica to my apple wallet. when i klik there is a notification say “look for the add to wallet button on apps”

Go to Setting > Genral > Language & Region > Region, change the region to a region supports Apple Pay (likes Japan), refer Change the language and region on iPhone - Apple Support. Then you can try again to add cards to your Wallet.

PS. You may not able to use Visa cards issued outside Japan to add transit cards from Japan.
