Buying genuine accessories

If you live in a country that Apple is not allowed to do business in, you will find it very difficult to purchase original Apple products.

Some folks try to get around this by having a friend or relative, that does live in a country where Apple products are sold, to purchase them on their behalf ... then work out a way to get it to them. However, there are two significant issues with this:

1. Apple does not offer a universal international warranty. That would mean, for example, if you purchase an Apple desktop or laptop, you would have to bring it back to the country that it was purchased in to get it serviced under that warranty.
2. You risk legal issues, with your local government, for importing a product that is not allowed to be purchased there ... a far bigger issue.

if you change country at the bottom of the page to yours, then you can see if apple has an online store that covers your country and if they do then stuff you buy from there would all be genuine
