Where is the Apple Cash that someone sent me?

Sunday, November 12th I was sent some Apple Cash. 4 days later I still have not received it.

A:Change or remove the payment cards that you use with Apple Pay - Apple Support

B: Follow instructions below:

Open Wallet
Tap your Apple Cash Card

Now you can see your Apple Cash Balance
