I'm having a problem. When charging my airpods pro magsafe edition using the apple magsafe charger, I encountered a phenomenon where the charger remained warm even after the airpods case had been fully charged for a period of time. When my iPhone 12 is fully charged, the temperature of the charger becomes cool!

That's the normal operation of a MagSafe charger. I'm assuming you're using an Apple MagSafe Charger. If it's a third-party MagSafe charger, I'd be wary of them. The charging process via magnets will create heat but if you notice it's very hot, almost too much to touch, that would be a problem. Also, if you are charging your iPhone and you get overheating warnings while charging, that would be a problem but from reading your post, you'll be fine.
I am using a genuine apple magsafe charger with an apple 20w charger. I don't understand why, after fully charging, the magsafe charger's surface will still be warm even if you leave it for a few hours, whereas with the iPhone, after charging, the charging surface will be very cool.
