Apple offers no such product.

It would appear you called a scam number. If you provided financial information to the criminals, contact your bank immediately, and inform them of the scam. If you allowed the criminals to access your computer, immediately change any password that was used on that computer.

For future reference: No such product is required on your Mac.

You were not speaking with Apple Support. Read Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams for additional information. I hope you did not provide them with any personal information. If you did, please refer to If you think your Apple ID has been compromised.

FYI, googling for Apple support is not safe or productive because Google lists the companies paying for their ads first; if you will in turn search for those phone numbers you will note that it is NOT Apple support.
