I have reset my airpod pro and left ear sound like static. will not reset;.

If you haven’t already, you should contact Apple support. Their chat function is pretty good. Unfortunately this same thing happened to me. This is a known problem, but you may be out of luck like I am. We purchased 4 AirPods around the same time and this issue occurred at various times to three of them. Two were covered and new AirPods issued. For mine, support said they were no longer replacing them. However I was strongly encouraged to notify Apple so I did using the link support sent. If this is a known issue, it’s important to communicate your concerns. Please follow up.
