Cannot setup voicemail greeting on my iPhone
I tried to do the greeting and it comes up Error 1034

Voicemail is a carrier feature; contact your carrier to resolve it. But note that Voicemail requires a cellular data connection, so if cellular data is turned off that might be the problem.
