MacBook Pro 3 MAX Anker Dock Issues

I have a business and day job, where I use different platforms due to compatibility, I upgraded from my M1 MacBook, due to the external display constraint. I received my M3 Max today and plugged in my Anker 575 USB-C station, both of my ViewSonic external display get signal, however the second display only mirrors the 1st external display instead of a separate feed. When I go into displays, it only detects one display not the other, if I cannot get this resolved within the next couple of days, I am just going to refund this MacBook because it is essentially functioning like an M1 chipped MacBook. I was chatting with support and they didn't seem to have a solution other than just referring me to the adding display walkthrough, which I had already reviewed.
