I would use the following possible resources:

• Numbers help. select one of the items from the help menu when Numbers is active:

• start with the menu item "Help > Numbers Help"
• If you have specific questions use this help forum. we can be very helpful when you provide a direct question
• You may also peruse the formulas and function using the same item in the Help menu
• Also... try opening examples from the Numbers menu item "File > New…"

there are many examples where you can see how someone already did a particular task

If you like videos there are quite a few good ones about Numbers at Macmost.
