I don’t have the App Store on my iPad what’s goin on

I got this iPad logged into it with iCloud and my number I don’t have the App Store the FaceTime app or the messages app I only have contacts and I can’t call or text anyone I can only email how do I fix that ?

Hello~ Is the iPad managed by educational institutions or business? Parental controls? Screen Time? In the meantime try ….
