Hello ! I am writing this because many new flag emoji’s have been added to the list, except any of the African American flags. I’m sure other ethnic groups are missing flags as well, but we have 5. I would like to know why that is and who do we have to contact to request are flags as well ?

If they don't have an ISO-3166 code, no mechanism exists for the general public to request them to be added as emojis; only someone officially representing the group or a research organization can request these.
If they do, it's up to the platform developer to decide whether to implement it; adding emojis for every group that does would take up a very large amount of space, so few, if any, of these are actually put in.
