Hi,

You can’t increase your iPhone device storage capacity. It will always remain the same and is apart of the hardware.

iCloud Storage can be increased by subscribing to iCloud+. Some features of iCloud+, such as iCloud Photos, can help with managing device storage due to storing content in iCloud vs locally on your iPhone. However, iCloud storage and device storage are two separate things. Simply increasing your iCloud storage plan size will not resolve your device storage issue. It can however help with optimizing iPhone storage by using several iCloud features that store content in the cloud.

It’s important to note that actual results may vary based on your specific situation and what content is consuming majority of your iPhone storage. For example, you may already be using iCloud Photos to optimize iPhone storage but Photos isn’t what’s taking up so much space; it could instead be another app installed that doesn’t back up to iCloud. In which case, increasing your iCloud storage plan would not help resolve the issue at all.

Hope this helps!
