Iphone 15 promax heating

If it is heating when on a call, how much cellular signal do you see? Low cellular signal causes the phone to work harder to maintain the call and will cause the phone to heat. Using the camera should not cause the phone to heat, unless you are maybe making high resolution video. As someone else asked, is the phone too hot for you to hold? Is the phone plugged in while you are using it? Do you find that the battery is draining quicker when you see this heating? If so, go to Settings>Battery>look to see what app or apps are using the highest percentage of battery and you can start troubleshooting there if that is not representative of what you are actually doing at the time.
