Apple TV Amazon Prime app no Atmos

I have an Apple TV 4K box connected to a LG OLED Evo TV vía HDMI IN. The TV is connected via eARC HDMI OUT to a JBL Atmos soundbar.

I get Dolby ATMOS in Apple TV content and in the Netflix app. But the Prime Video app only outputs PCM.

The Prime Video app on the built in LG apps menu supports Dolby Digital+ Surround Sound but also doesn’t provide ATMOS.

Why would the Prime Video app on Apple TV 4K not support ATMOS when the Apple TV content and the Nextflix content do?

The below is from the Prime Video support site. It states that up to Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos are supported on Apple TV and says the Support Website is the Official Apple Support.

You’ll have to find the specific content that includes Atmos audio. E.g. the Jack Ryan series, The Tomorrow War, Rings of Power, The Expanse, The Wheel of Time, The Boys, Babylon, The Lost World, Nobody, Skyfall, Reacher series, Valerian.
