Go to Settings/Messages/Send & Receive, tap on Apple ID and Sign Out. Then go to Settings/FaceTime tap on Apple ID and Sign Out.

Next, restart your phone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Now go back to Settings/Messages and Settings/FaceTime and log in again. This will usually allow you to associate your number to Messages and FaceTime. If it doesn't, plan B is to change your Apple ID password→Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support
