Can I use the same storage that’s on my iPhone on my ipad?

I have tons of storage on my iPhone but non left on my iPad can I sync so both have it?

The internal storage isn't sharable or upgradable. If you're referring to iCloud storage, log into the same Apple ID on both, or if enabled, one in its Family Sharing group.
