I think my AirPods were stolen how do I report it. When I checked my find it was last seen on Oct 24th at the place I work. Now it shows no location information

Contact the local police. Apple doesn't take reports of lost or stolen products except when filing an AppleCare+ claim, which is only available for iPhones.
