Free charging cable replacement for Apple care+
I have I phone 15 with Apple Care+, if my charging cable is damaged could I replace it for free or should I pay to get a new one

AppleCare+ does not cover physical damage. You should pay to get a new one, and be careful to get a quality cable either from Apple or another reliable manufacturer that is certified as Made for iPhone (MFI).
