Apple Music hacked??

I opened up Apple Music this morning to find a bunch of songs in “recently added” that I did not add myself.

Didn’t purchase an album, but it is showing up in my play list. Has my account been compromised? I checked my iTunes list on today and I have multiple songs from U2 that I did not order. I don’t use Shazam. I don’t download music on my 2 other iPads. How did this happen? I also don’t see that these were purchased on my account. What is going on and should I be worried that my account has been compromised.

My Apple Music account got hacked I think my apple music account got hacked because there is a random playlist I've never made. can you see anyone else using it [Re-Titled by Moderator]

This could be caused if you use family sharing for your subscription. To fix that, I would recommend calling Apple so they can walk you through the steps.
