please tell me if this problem is terrible? Because I thought it might be some kind of hack

I’ve seen this case, and the factory reset cleared it. Others here have also reported cases, and similar resolutions.

I have no insight into your situation nor how interesting you might be to well-funded adversaries or national security services, nor any insight into your local security configuration and your situation and particular requirements. That and other factors can determine your risk.

If after the factory reset you want to review your Apple security:

If you are the target for well-funded adversaries—if you are an investigative journalist, political dissident, senior in government or private entities, with access to sensitive or classified data, or access to great wealth, or somebody otherwise very interesting to some very rich entity—you will want to acquire more tailored assistance with your security. iPhone exploits are not cheap, and all available evidence indicates the exploit tools have been targeted at specific people. Which gets back to me not having any particular insight into you and yours.

But if I didn't use other programs, and I don't think it's a glitch, because all the programs I use are displayed

I’ve hit this case a few times—there’s a reason I have been using it as my icon here in the forums—as have a few other folks, and the fix was a backup and reset and reload. If you wish to try other approaches toward resolution, have at. That, and reloading because the Apple Music app got tangled again, but that glitch seems to have been resolved.

That often means having run out of storage on your iPhone, or some other glitch that ends up with stuck apps.

The stuck apps will, have icons that look like this:

Easiest fix for those is to back up the iPhone—you should have regular backups anyway—and then perform a factory reset and then restore it. That might seem like a lot, though the following will guide you through it:

That article links to the backup and restore sequences.
