Trouble with Sonoma horizon Wallpaper

After setting a wallpaper, it has successfully changed the desktop background and the screensaver. But the problem is when I restart my system, the login page is reverting back to the default 'Sonoma Horizon' wallpaper that came with the update. I've enabled the 'Show on all spaces' button on the wallpaper which I wanted, but it doesn't seem to have any effect as it is only applying to the desktop and screensaver but not the login page. This update is really irritating. Any idea how to stop getting sonoma horizon wallpaper as the default login wallpaper?

It isn't "reverting." You can't change the Login window background. You can change the Lock Screen background.

I have read posts that suggest if you only have one user account and you do not have FileVault enabled, you can avoid the login screen.

FWIW, both my Macs running Sonoma have multiple user accounts and are set to log in automatically. FileVault cannot be enabled.

Yeah, I don't really know the requirements for making it go away because 1) it doesn't bother me, and 2) I never shutdown or restart my Mac short of an update requiring it.
