In Numbers, column letters cover data.
The column letters cover the first two rows of data. I cannot access the data in these rows. If I go to Table in the menu, unhide is grayed out.

you accidentally dragged the table up too high.
single click any cell, then click and hold on the table drag handle (concentric circles in the top left corner):
