My WhatsApp messager was disabled in AppStore

No one here knows why, nor can you clear this, other than via a discussion with Apple Support.

Per Apple:

Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," request reactivation for help.
