backing up iPhone 12

My phone is iphone 12and my computer is MicroCenter Connect, which one is it better to backup to?

iPhone 12, iOS 16

What operating system does your MicroCenter Connect computer run? If it is Windows 10 or 11 you can back up to it. The alternative is to back up to iCloud. The best option is to back up to both for extra safety in the event of disaster. You can also enable automatic nightly backups to iCloud.
