20% battery notification

whenever i am using my iphone 15 pro and the battery drops lower than 20% or 10% i dont get a notification telling me. before this phone i had an iphone 7s running on ios 12, is it normal not to recive a notification?

On iPhone 15 Pro it is shown in the Dynamic Island.
