Trying to get my own plan Apple Music

I am on my son-in-law family plan. I had him to take me off so I can get my own plan. He did and my computer says I am on a his plan. How can I get my own plan?

music family plan not appearing on my device I was using a student subscription for apple music, but my father decided to subscribe to a family plan and he shared the apple music subcription but I can't see it on my devices, i only have access to the icloud+ .
