Apple/iTunes Music on Samsung S23 Ultra

I have a lot of music on iTunes and have for years. I have also purchased music on Apple Music. I have never had a subscription. I paid for and own this music. I should not have to pay a subscription to listen to music I have already purchased. I do not have a computer, just phones. How do I get the music I PAID for without having to pay again?

Can I access tunes in my Itunes library with out purchasing Apple Music subscription? I paid for music from iTunes so I should be able to play them with out a subscription to Apple Music.

Unable to access my music I purchased a lot of music from iTunes and I can't access them. I've never had Apple Music and I never will. I don't agree with paying for something or subscriptions every month as I can't justify it. So why can't I play my music that I have built up for 20+ years
