If I try calling a contact on FaceTime it just shows up with the image I uploaded.

Unable to use FaceTime I wonder if getting a message that reads: "Choose Another Phone Number or Email Address to Call (Contact Name). (123) 456-7890 in the contact card is not available for FaceTime", has to do my phone or the phone of the person I'm trying to reach. I was OK to do so until just a couple of days ago when this message started to pop-up. I tried deleting and inputting the contact's info, resetting my phone, tuning on-off FaceTime but nothing works. I noticed the information for that particular contact doesn't show the FaceTime option where the information list is at. It only shows the phone number. That contact does not have an email either.

Sorry the iPhone used is on ios 17iPhone 14 Pro
