AppleTV+ - How to watching CBS Sports Network through Paramount+ with Showtime on the Apple+TV

I have a subscription to Paramount+ with Showtime on the Apple+TV. The Paramount+ info says I should be able to watch CBS Sports Network live programming, but it is not showing up on my AppleTV live channels. I can only see the local CBS affiliate. Anyone know how I can view CBS Sports Network?

Directv Stream Is it possible to link Directv Stream to the Apple TV app such that the shows I watch on Directv Stream show up in Up Next? I shows me sports events but won't allow me to watch them with the Directv Stream app. I've given all the normal privileges to the two apps.
