How could I fix my Apple Music library to prevent it from reverting to the old preferences?

Dear all,

My Apple Music library keeps reverting to the old preferences since an old backup was restored. I would like the library to show the album covers in medium size. Since that restore, the preferences revert every time I quit the app and reopen it.

I know there is a way to set similar display effects in the preferences setting through a function – list size, but I wonder if there is any other way to edit the .musiclibrary file to fix this?

I have been suffering from this issue for about two years; it is really frustrating. Any help is appreciated.
