Activity awards missing

restoring my new iPhone 15 from the backup of my iPhone 13 from icloud.

all special activity awards are missing (earn them since 2017)

noticed the following log:

how can i fix that?

what are the options? Talked with support, tried to wipe network settings, re-paired the watch and so.

would like to be happy to see my awards back

they’re still on my iPhone 13

Are you asking about awards for these forums or something else? Are you using a different browser on the new phone?

Handling/transferring of legacy awards here is not a published subject so it is probably best to email the Moderators directly. Their address is loste aboutthree time in the Terms of Use we all agreed to follow:
