Many of my App Store and Books reviews removed with reason "Other - 10001"

One day I noticed that some of my app reviews were not visible on the App Store, and similarly some of my book reviews were not visible on the Books Store. Apple Care told me that customer reviews are hosted by the app developer or book publisher and it's up to them to allow or reject reviews, which I know is not true because I'm both an app developer and a book publisher and I don't have any control over customer reviews.

At some point I downloaded my data from privacy.apple.com for some other reason and accidentally I saw that those deleted reviews had been "Pulled for concern" either with reason "Rejected By Profanity Filter" or "Other - 10001". (None of my reviews contains any profanity, but that's a story for another topic.)

What does "Other - 10001" mean?
