Hello and welcome to the thread.

Nobody around this discussion can provide TestFlight codes, nor provide access to third-party or Apple apps.

TestFlight is a way for app developers to get help testing their maybe-not-completely-ready-to-use apps.

TestFlight is not a try-before-you-buy mechanism for apps.

If helping to debug a potentially-buggy app is interesting to you, contact the app vendor you are seeking to assist with debugging and testing, and inquire if they’re currently running a beta for the app. The app vendor created the app, and—if there is a beta, and if the beta is using TestFlight—is managing the beta and any TestFlight codes.

TestFlight does not send you codes.

As you are posting this in the developer area, here is how an app developer will use TestFlight:

TestFlight - Apple Developer

More detail, again for an app developer:

TestFlight Overview - Test a beta version - App Store Connect - Help - Apple Developer

If you are using TestFlight as a user, the app developer will send you access and probably via a URL they’ve posted, if they are presently running a beta and soliciting assistance.

So how can I use testflight normally?

Are you developing apps? See the above links.

If you are not an app developer, then TestFlight isn’t going to be useful to you. Not unless an app developer has an open beta for some app of theirs, and requests your assistance testing that app, and you are willing to assist with testing. Developers usually either make those requests directly via email, or by posting in forums or communities directly related to their app. There’s no list of app developers currently running betas.

I use a macbook so some tasks are inconvenient, but I just heard about the new Windows app being released. I want to experience it and see if it can help me better in my work.

The TestFlight app is not a means to that end. TestFlight is for app beta testing, not for try-before-you-buy.

If you have questions about Microsoft Windows or some Windows app on Mac, ask here:

Windows on Mac - Apple Community

Or (probably better) check directly with Microsoft, or directly with the third-party app vendor.
