FYI, all current Mac computers have a switching transformer in the power supply so they can run properly on any common voltage from ~100v to 240v. All that would be required to run a Mac in a different global location would be a wall plug adapter (travel adapter).

I do not think that is Apple gear. Apple would never have "JET Longwell" and someone else's logo silkscreened on it.
