exporting contacts into numbers on the cloud - or how do I find a copy of numbers that runs on Catalina?

I need to ultimately export contacts into excel. As you cant do that directly any longer, you need to export contacts into numbers, then export numbers into excel. Sadly, my computer only runs Catalina and will not longer run numbers but I can access both on the cloud. Is there any way to copy all of my contacts on the cloud and then past them into numbers? there was suggestions online but they must be old because they don't actually work.
