Price Match

Interested in Buying a MacBook Pro M3. Best Buy has it on sale for $2299. Vs Apple Store at $2,499. ( 18GB) will Apple Store Price Match or rather LOOSE a $3,000. ( + apple care, accessories and Sales Tax) and NOT PRICE MATCH over a $200 Price match adjustment?

Your Answer was INCORRECT! Apple DOES Price Match Local Brick n Mortar Stores! I was able to BUY the Apple MacBook Pro M3 for $200.00 Less as they Matched BEST BUY in my Area! I was told by 1-800-MYAPPLE that APPLE does a Max 10% Price Match only. Which My M3 was $2,499. so she could have gone up to $250 for a Price Match . Please pass this on to future customers!!

you've been out of the game for too long... the employee went to Best Buy website, and said "I'll price match you... but apple limits the discount to 10%" The manager put it through with no issue. Given how this is WIDESPREAD on the internet as common knowledge, you can accept it as policy, it's even built into the employees mobile checkout app.... Meaning it's intentional and built in at apple. It's a valid policy and counts as a "price match" even if it's not a 1:1 match. Call it whatever you want, us customers call it a price match, and it 100% exists.

Probably not a price match in your instance. If the comparison is exactly the same, retail store can almost always match an authorized Apple Retailer. However, throwing a gift card into the mix is more a gray area. Technically, the deal had to be exactly the same and Best Buy can’t accept an Apple Gift Card. Former Apple Store Manager here, but sometimes a store will put it through. Apple Store Manager will have to be involved to override the price.
