No internet connection after Migration Assistant completed moving data from Imac to Mac Mini M2

I had internet access on my new Mac Mini immediately before moving data using Migration Assistant from my Imac to a brand new Mac Mini M2. The data transfer was completed successfully. However, the ethernet internet connection from the Mac Mini would not work immediately after the data was transferred. The cables are ok, and the internet still connects from my Imac and all of the other household items, it's only the Mac Mini that can't connect. The System Settings say that WIFI is connected but it doesn't connect to the internet.

It looks like the router isn't connecting to the Mac Mini as there is no router number, DNS Servers numbers or IPv6 settings in the TCP/IP or DNS settings in the Ethernet connection details in the Network/Ethernet settings.

Is there a known fix for this?

Yes, I did get the situation resolved. There was a filter setting in the Internet connection settings someplace in the Mac Mini that was turned on and had the value "Intego" in the field. I had removed the Intego software from my iMac a long time ago, but the setting in the filter field never cleared. This did not pose any problem on my iMac, but it ended up posing a problem on the new Mac Mini. Turning the filter off resolved the internet connectivity problem on the Mac Mini.

I wish I could fully describe where the the problematic filter was located in the Mac Mini settings, but at the time we were just changing settings and seeing if the internet would connect. When the internet connected, I actually couldn't again find the filter setting that I turned off. I'm not very technical, it was just luck that I happened on the problem solution.
