The first use was likely a factory test.
The battery cycle count is only five, which is about three days' use.
Please check the serial number and apple records as my device is suddenly becoming unresponsive and jamming and I only bought it last week! @apple @support #apple #support
Check to see if the dealer that you purchased from appears on this list of authorized Apple accounts. Do they?
