Watches won't charge consistantly after 10.1.1 update

We have three Apple mag chargers and two watches. My watch won't charge on two of the chargers now after update. The battery drained over night with the update even on the charger. My husban's watch will only charge intermittantly on the same two chargers. Both of our watches do charge on the third charger.

All of this started with the latest software update.

Is there a fix?

I've force restarted my watch and phone already. I've lost a couple of other things lke I can't just swipe to change watch faces like I could before the software update.
