How to bring back a forgotten trackpad back

I got a trackpad which was showing in bluetooth devices. I could connect and used the device via a usb-c cable, But wouldn't connect to mac pro via bluetooth.

At a time, I "forgot this device". Now I can still wire connect to the Mac and use it. But the pad doesn't show in either bluetooth device list or Accessibility.

Please help:

how to make the "forgotten" pad showing in bluetooth device list
how to make the pad connect to Mac wirelessly. I tried restarted the Mac, toggle wifi on/off, toggle bluetooth on/off, toggle pad on/off. Nothing helped.

This is Mac pro with ventura OS

Additional, I don't find trackpad in Accessibility either

Make sure the battery is charged and the trackpad is turned on.

To charge it, just plug it into the computer with the lightning cable that shipped with it. Keep it connected to the powered-on Mac for an hour or two to get a decent amount of charge.

Make sure the trackpad is powered on. Look for the switch on the back edge and make sure the green indicator is visible.

Basically, I accidentally "forget" my magic trackpad. Now I can't bring it back. How to revert this? I want to see my trackpad in bluetooth device list.

Second, even before this trackpad is "forgotten", I had to keep the trackpad connect to Mac via lightening cabal. Bluetooth connection doesn't work.

Would you please provide more specific instruction/solution on how-to?
