Can I use 61w power adapter with MacBook 14 pro M1 Pro?

I have second hand MacBook Pro 14 and it was with 61w adapter. Can I use it without damaging battery? Or it’s better to buy 67w?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.3

A 61W power adapter won't hurt your Mac, but you may find it may be unable to provide enough power if the system gets under heavy load. If that happens, then you will see the battery charge drop to make up the difference even though you are using a power adapter. See how it goes for your workload and if you find the battery draining, then purchase a 67W or larger power adapter (a larger one won't hurt).

You may want to check with the previous owner to see if they have the 67W adapter in case they gave you the wrong one by mistake.
