Battery charging on Apple Watch SE

Assuming this is an exception, nothing will really happen.

And you can always put the watch on half way through the morning for a few hours so when you wake occasionally, you can easily look at the temperature outside and then crawl back into bed to get warm 🥶

Don't be so lazy and charge it. If you don't do this often it should be fine though.
