Unable to play audiobooks and podcasts since updating to iOS 17

I have a message come up in CarPlay saying unable to play audiobooks and podcasts and asks that I check Apple Books and Apple Podcasts, all settings look correct. Other apps are working. Have reset all devices, problems still exist, any ideas.

iOS 17.2.1 Podcast Issues I listen to podcasts on the Apple podcast app. Ever since I updated the iOS, my podcasts will not load. Sometimes an episode starts to play a for a few seconds but it stops to load some more. Eventually I get the “try again later” message. I’m on iPhone SE second generation.

iOS Podcast App Settings Crashing When I try to open the settings for the iOS Podcast app from the main Settings, it just crashes without opening. I've updated my software, restarted my device, force quit the Podcast app, etc. and nothing works. Every time I try, it just crashes immediately. For context, I had Podcasts set not to sync in iCloud and am trying to go in and turn syncing on.
