I hate the iOS 17 update on my 13 Pro. Primarily because I used to be able to send multiple pictures on Messenger but not anymore. The update forces one picture at a time. Very frustrating. ALSO it lags with copy/paste or freezes. Very glitchy. Its horrible.
How do I UNDO this wreck?

Sorry, you cannot go back. When you state “Messenger” are you referring to Apple’s Messages app or a third party app? With iOS 17 the user can send multiple photos like previously. I do it all the time. If you can’t here are a couple of troubleshooting tips to try.

Then you will need to wait for an update to the Messenger app from Meta. App developers responsible for keeping their apps working with iOS, not the other way around.
Do you have your iPhone set to automatically download and install app updates?
Settings->App Store-Automatic Downloads->App Updates ->ON
