How to hide a partition in Refit?

Hi,

I have 3 partition : Mac OS X, Windows 7, DATA (NTFS).

DATA should not show in Refit. How can I hide it?

Thanks

Macbook, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

Hi Speamac,

usually rEFIt only shows partitions that it recognizes as bootable.
For that it scans the avaiable harddisks at startup of your Mac.

I have two DATA-only partitions on my MacPro as rEFIt never shows them in its Boot-Menu.

Is there the possibility that your now DATA-partition once has a bootable Operating System on it, which you later simply emptied for DATA use ?

In your Applications/Utlities folder you should have a "Partition Inspector.app" (which rEFIt put there).
Maybe using this app can provide some further informations on your partitions.

Also, what version of rEFIt do you use ? (current is 0.14)

Regards

Stefan
