Numbers instead of names in group texts
My iPhone 14 pro with iOS 17.1.1 is suddenly showing phone numbers instead of names within group texts.
For example, if I create a new text to my dad and mom, I'll create the message, type in "dad" and it autofills options for previous group texts including "dad cel." One of the groups is dad and mom, but the option for that group shows "dad cel" and mom's phone number instead of "mom cel."
This problem happens with other contacts/group texts as well. If I type in "mom" the first option does appear as "mom cel" but if she's part of a group it only displays her number.
I think (but not sure) that this problem is consistent for specific contacts--in other words, "mom cel" always appears as her full number when she's part of a group text. I also think (but not sure) that this problem began when I updated to iOS 17.
Any ideas appreciated!
