Why doesn't a compatible app show in Health's Apps & Services?

I have an app for my smart ring (Ring Conn). Pretty much everyone who has this app can link it to Apple Health. I can not, it is not listed when I go to Apps & Services. What can I do (tried this more than once, across my iPad & iPhone, including deleting Health and re-downloading it)?

iPad, iOS 9

I followed the procedures spelled out by them and Apple, it simply is not listed in my Health app. This issue does not seem to exist for their other users. SOMETHING is preventing this from happening and it's on Apple (I even tried another health related app that someone I know CAN link to, but it is nowhere to be found). Here is what Health is showing me:

ASk their support how to get to sync with the health app.

I had to link it through the RingConn app. I went to Me > Settings > Account Security and then under Data Sharing I clicked “Connect to Apple Health” and proceeded to login with my Apple ID.

After following these steps, my RingConn data synced to the Health App and I was able to see RingConn as one of the connected Apps.

Hope this works for you too! X
