Wireless mouse keeps freezing

I am using a Logitech M238 mouse. It's the best mouse for me due to my small hand size. However, when I connect it to my Mac mini M1, it constantly freezes and lags. The same device works flawlessly on Windows. When I connect a Logitech G102 (wired) mouse, there are no issues, and it works perfectly. I switched to 5 GHz Wi-Fi, but the issue persists. I tried enabling and disabling cursor acceleration, but it didn't work. Additionally, I cannot increase the cursor speed without using an application like Smooze Pro. How can I resolve this issue? The Logitech G102 feels too large for my hand, and I'm unable to use it :(
