Our Logitech Doorbell Camera always goes off line.

We need assistance regarding our Logitech Doorbell Camera. It is always going offline. It is not reliable.

Unable to add Logitech doorbell to Home after removing it. I was having trouble connecting to the camera on my Logitech circle view doorbell. So I removed it from the Home app and reset the doorbell. However, when I try to add it back in again it says "Camera already added", but it is nowhere to be found in the Home app.

Logitech Circle View Camera vs Homekit Like many others I’ve experienced frustratingly routine disconnection of my Logitech (3 off) cameras from HomeKit. Sometimes the cameras reconnect after a few minutes, other times never. I have added smart switches and power cycle them to get the cameras working again. A clumsy but effective solution. I’ve for a firmware upgrade - nothing forthcoming. But I have found a marked improvement by (1) removing each camera from HomeKit (2) hard resetting the camera (button on the back) and (3) adding again to HomeKit. Now there are occasional disconnects followed by reconnects. Much better. I still hope for a better solution via a firmware upgrade.
