Apple Music on Android unable to display large playlist

My Apple Music playlist will no longer load on Android phones (tested on 2 phones). Playlist is large (28,000+ items). Have cleared data and cache. Apple Music displays 'Something went wrong. Looks like there is a problem with the network' - network is local WiFi and Internet connectivity is fine.

Apple Music 4.5.0

phones are Android 12 & Android 13

Same playlist loads OK on iPhone XS.

Apple Music randomly stops playing Recently I Apple Music for Android has started stopping randomly in the middle of songs. Sometimes it starts again after a minute or so. Sometimes it just stops completely. These have all been downloaded songs, so the network connection ought not to be an issue. This is Apple Music version 4.0.0, running on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Can this be fixed?

Why does Apple Music still try to use the internet to play music downloaded? I downloaded the entire playlist and it always fails to play songs that are downloaded when my cell data is low strength.

Apple Music slow on iOS 16.4.1 / iPhone 14 Pro After this latest update, there is a delay when shuffling or playing custom playlists. The app says, "Loading..." over WiFi and Cellular for several seconds. This didn't happen before the update. The playlist plays instantly on my Macbook Pro. I tried logging in and out of iCloud but that did nothing.
